Flexibility

As an experienced coach, I have had the opportunity to work with numerous gymnasts, some of whom have been naturally flexible while others have struggled with their flexibility. Throughout my years of coaching, I have identified effective strategies to help improve flexibility for those who need it and have also observed patterns in the gymnasts who possess exceptional flexibility. Sometimes it can be beneficial to seek guidance from a different perspective, other than your coach's, when looking to enhance flexibility.
